Raised in Irving, TX, the Dallas-based Play N Skillz -- brothers Juan Play Salinas and Oscar Skillz Salinas -- began producing music in their mothers apartment before creating a stir in their area. A meet-up with Lil Flip resulted in production work for the MCs U Gotta Feel Me album, which led to a deal with Universal. The two released The Process later in 2004, featuring vocal help from Flip, Adina Howard, Krayzie Bone, and Layzie Bone.
